Expressions Exercises: Part C

Write a program that calculates the cost of a phone call.
The cost of a phone call is based on the call duration in 
the number of minutes:  currently it's 5 cents per minute.
The number of minutes could be partial e.g. it could be 10 minutes, 
or it could be 7.5 minutes (7 minutes and 30 seconds).
Partial minutes are always rolled up to the next number, e.g. 
a call that is 7.1 minutes or 7.9 minutes are both calculated 
as a duration of 8 minutes.
Create variables to store the call duration and the the cost per minute: 
use appropriate variable names and data types.
Calculate the total cost and display the result in a professional 
and user-friendly way.
Test your program with different call durations.
